Delivery Information Loula Flowers delivers within the London area using our dedicated drivers. Delivery charges are applicable. We deliver flowers from Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 9 pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Delivery charges are clearly outlined when you place your order online or over the phone. If you require specific delivery times, an additional surcharge may apply, so please call to confirm. Saturday deliveries also incur a surcharge, as indicated during the ordering process. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
DELIVERY INFORMATION When placing your order, please ensure that you provide us with the complete postal address of the recipient, along with any special instructions and your contact details, including a mobile or daytime telephone number. Special instructions may be necessary for deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and offices.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY We are committed to delivering your flowers within the agreed-upon time slot and in impeccable condition. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address when our drivers attempt delivery, they will leave a card indicating the location of the flowers or provide a contact number for rescheduling. If a secure location is available for leaving the flowers, we will do so to ensure the recipient receives them on the requested day. Loula Flowers will not be held responsible for delivering goods to incorrect addresses. It is your responsibility to verify the delivery details when placing your order to facilitate the best possible service. We understand that delivering flowers across London can be challenging due to the city's nature, including roadworks and traffic jams. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur, but rest assured that we work diligently to provide the best service possible, even in such circumstances.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES In the lead-up to Christmas, our delivery carrier may have limited service availability. We will make every effort to ensure that all flowers are delivered before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Additionally, due to the high volume of parcels being sent flowers may take an additional day to arrive during the Christmas period.
AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please notify us by telephone at +44 7748 858987 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
RETURNS POLICY Due to the perishable nature of flowers, they are non-returnable. However, if your flower delivery is incorrect, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please contact Loula Flowers directly at +44 7748 858987. We will make every effort to exchange your goods within 24 hours or offer a full refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE All prices listed include VAT.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. Substituted items will closely match the original selection. If we determine that an order cannot be fulfilled due to lack of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
